We offer FREE SHIPPING for qualified Canadian orders, after all discounts, including vouchers for reward points, and before applicable taxes and shipping charges. Gift card purchases do not count toward the minimum requirement. This free shipping offer may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Eligible customers must select the free shipping option during the checkout process to take advantage of the offer.

Orders over $60 ($100 for NL), qualify for FREE Shipping.

Unfortunately, because of high shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping for:

  • Orders outside Canada.
  • Orders from Canadian Territories (Northern Territories, Yukon and Nunavut).

For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, we offer discounted shipping rates. To calculate the rate to your destination, click on the "Estimate shipping cost" link on the shopping cart page. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package.

Business Days

A business day is a regular work day in Ontario. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian or Ontario statutory holidays.

Processing Times

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within two business days. Orders are not processed on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by 6PM on Tuesday.

We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. Therefore, we do not guarantee on-time delivery.

No Liability for Customer Data Entry Errors or Customer Absence

We are not responsible for any errors you make in order's contents, delivery address entry or if you are not available to receive the order. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes. In case your order gets returned to us due to your data entry error or your absence at the time of delivery, we can:

  • Issue a Refund: We will issue a refund if you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery. We will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges/penalties the shipping carrier applies for returning the package to us; or
  • Re-ship: In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods.

The risk of loss of any Product(s) ordered through this Site shall transfer to you upon delivery of the Product(s) to the shipping carrier.  For example, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we have no control over and are not responsible for weather-related damages occurred during Product transit after shipping, such as, but not limited to, Product breakages due to freezing.

Holiday Shipping 2024

We thank you for choosing us as your holiday shopping destination. During this time of the year, we will do our best to process and ship your orders as fast as possible, as we would like you to receive your gifts on-time.

To this end, please understand that postal services, and couriers will drop their on-time guarantees as the volume of packages being shipped significantly increases during the holiday season. Please expect delays in receiving shipments and shop early to ensure packages arrives on-time!

Use our "Quick shipping cost estimate" tool, located in the shopping cart page, to determine your parcel's transit time (and add 1 or 2 business days to that estimate as a precaution). Though the "Quick shipping cost estimate" is the best tool to determine transit times, we have suggested order by dates below based on your location and type of shipping service to receive your order before December 25th, 2024.
