  • We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:

    • Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
    • For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
    • Gift Cards, Hair Brushes, Nose Hair Trimmers, and Open Sealed Containers cannot be returned.
    • Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit
    • The buyer is responsible for returning the items, and the refund will be issued only after we receive the merchandise. So we encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.
    • Refunds cover the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.

Most Favorite Toothbrush Ever

Me and my wife love these toothbrushes so much that we plan to use only these from now on. They are just the right size so you can reach anywhere in your mouth, they are easy to grip and charcoal bristles are fantastic and last rather long. Best of all - totally biodegradable, so no downsides. Love it!

Pearl at Charcoal Bamboo Tooth brush

I was disappointed - the brush is already losing bristles. The cleaning ability is nothing special for $12.95

Really great

The medium bristles have a great consistency and it lasts much longer than a normal toothbrush. Stylish and won’t exist forever in a landfill. I’ve already bought a replacement, but I won’t need it anytime soon.

Not worth it

I purchased this looking to make a better environmental choice. After giving it a good trial period, I found the brush did not work for me at all. The texture of the bristles seemed 'off' and their placement on the head was too far back for me to effectively brush my back teeth without rubbing the back of my mouth with the toothbrush head. Unlike all my other purchases from Fendrihan, this was not a product that was pleasant to use.

Works better than I imagined!

This toothbrush is awesome. I’m reviewing the one that is ‘soft’. I bought the medium as well but haven’t tried it yet. I’ve been a user of bamboo toothbrushes for almost 3 years, and what I love about this one more than the others on the market are as follows; -it’s an adult sized toothbrush, yet it isn’t huge in the actual head size, so you can actually get to all the teeth comfortably! In other brands many of us needed to purchase an uncomfortable child size just to use a normally sized brush head! -the shape and the smoothness of it is wonderful. The bamboo isn’t getting a dry feeling with frequent water use -the head is soft. Literally soft. So you can brush everywhere comfortably and actually massage near your gums which is healthy too. In other brands, if the head was soft, it didn’t remove anything. Or do a good job of massaging near the gums. In brands with bristles too hard, it kept making my gums bleed so I had to keep it far from the gum line, which didn’t clean the bottoms of teeth at all. -now the very best part, this actually whitened my teeth with use. I’ve been using the same toothpaste and brushing just as frequently as I used to. I honestly thought that the charcoal infusion of the bristles was more for marketing. I was so wrong! My teeth are actually whiter and a nice natural, even tone of white from using this brush. It’s amazing! So the price is great, the feel of the brush is great and stays great even with frequent water exposure and a humid bathroom. It is soft yet it cleans everything thoroughly, the head is a comfortable size that lets you get to every place to brush. And it whitens your teeth. AND it’s natural. What could be better? I’ve found the best toothbrush!!!! Fendrihan’s shipping was great as well. Fast and with no plastic in the packing tape, or in the padding inside the box. Both were brown paper based, which can be composted or recycled. Way to go! So even the shipping experience was great! Thank you very much!
