We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:
- Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
- Gift Cards, Hair Brushes, Nose Hair Trimmers, and Open Sealed Containers cannot be returned.
- Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit
- The buyer is responsible for returning the items, and the refund will be issued only after we receive the merchandise. So we encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.
- Refunds cover the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.

Great Product

I'll admit I was pretty hesitant upon my initial purchase of this product. The sales lady who I bought from was really excited about this soap though, and convinced me to take the leap and spend the $40.00. I now use this soap day and night to wash my face, and I am telling you, if you are diligent with using it, it will change your skin. I have noticed a HUGE different in skin impurities and breakouts. My forehead and temples, in addition to the corners around my mouth, are prone to small bumps and acne. It only takes a couple seconds for use, and I focus on massaging the soap into those problem areas. It leaves the skin a little dry and tight after, so I follow up with a day serum or night cream, but my skin is not oily any more and I am so impressed with the change in my complexion. It is expensive, but you do not need a lot, and the soap will last you a long time. I do believe that it must be used, like any product, morning and evening regularly in order to see a difference. Overall I am so glad I spent the $40 and would recommend to anyone who is hesitant or looking to change up their skin care regime.

Not sure

Although I like the soap and I don't know all that goes into the process for producing it that may drive the cost up I just feel that it is overpriced for what you get in the final product. It's a bar of soap that smells like soap and I am not really finding anything all that extraordinary about it. Sorry but I am not really sold on this one. Sure it cleans and makes your mug feel a bit smoother but so will a lot of other soaps that are more reasonably priced. Thank you.
