We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:
- Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.

- Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit

Upon further review

After some extended use of this soap and having tried more soaps to compare it to, I'd now rate this soap a 3. I'd rate the larger puck of this soap 3.5 stars because of better value. Pros: I really like this Bay rum scent; it is slick enough for a good shave; it can produce a good amount of lather; it was easy to melt and pour into a mug Cons: it's a bit more work to lather and seems to dissipate faster than some other soaps (Clubman, Cella, Taylor of Old Bond Street), and the small puck is not good value compared to the larger one. I think I'll buy this soap again some day, but the larger puck. The lather is good enough for a decent shave and I have found my boar bristle brush works better than my synthetic for this soap. Blooming the soap is a must for this one.

Nice scent, smooth shave, hard to lather, dries quickly

I ordered a couple of these to try because my normal soap was out of stock. It's quite a bit more work to get it to lather compared to the soaps I'm used to. Very nice smooth shave at first (maybe I need to learn to shave faster). By the time I get one side done, the other side is already drying up. Very nice scent, wife loves it. It is consumed quite a bit more quickly than the soaps I normal use.

Good soap at a low price.

I really like the smell of this soap and the price too. I don't have a lot of experience with shave soaps but it is doing the job. It works as well as Clubman soap but seems to need less water for the lather. I would buy this again.

Just OK

Background I have been shaving with shaving soap for about 10 years. I started with Mugs and Wilkinson Sword (blue tub) but decided to try several brands from Fendrihan when I opted to try a closed comb razor. I wanted a razor that wouldn't plug up when I didn't shave on weekends but had to head back to work (military) shaven for Monday. I started with Gillette sensor and ended up switching to Shick (not sure if that is spelled correctly) because the blades lasted longer. This combination gave me virtually no razor burn and very few, rare cuts. Way better than shaving with foam which I did for a decade or more before and nicer than my electric razor I had before I was married. Review I bought several soaps to try including this one, Edwin Jaggar, and Ogallala. I haven't tried the Ogallala yet but have used the others extensively plus my left over Wilkinson Sword soap for the last 8 months since my order arrived. I found the aroma of Bay Rum from Conk to not mirror anything rum I'm familiar with. My wife and teen daughters described it as smelling like suncreen. I found that the lather didn't really produce as well as Edwin Jaggar, Mugs, or Wilkinson Sword. Since this is a glycerin based soap I thought I might try other soaps to compare and found that Pears soap (sold at most drugstores and even dollar stores for $1.25) worked better than this brand. I tested it for a week and had equal results to Mugs or Wilkinson Sword at half the cost of the cheapest soap (although it smells a bit like turpentine). I also tried Dove soap which didn't work at all. Overall, the aroma is OK but doesn't stick to the skin (nor does Edwin Jaggar). The lather is the least pleasing out of any other brand I've tried less Pears glycerin soap. I won't buy it again based on aroma and cost to benefit. My recommendation is to either go cheap for an equivalent shave experience or go with Edwin Jaggar which produces a very nice lather that stays.
