We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:
- Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
- Gift Cards, Hair Brushes, Nose Hair Trimmers, and Open Sealed Containers cannot be returned.
- Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit
- The buyer is responsible for returning the items, and the refund will be issued only after we receive the merchandise. So we encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.
- Refunds cover the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.

Still the best comb available

This is my second purchase of this comb. It is still the best one I have ever used. My first comb unfortunately walked away when I wasn't looking (kids...). I tried another fancy stainless steel comb that was twice the price and it left me missing my Baxter comb. The stainless comb was much heavier, which I thought at first would be a good thing. I found a lighter comb more pleasant to use. For me, this is a bathroom comb. I use it once a day in the morning. The larger size is preferable as it makes the comb comfortable to hold and easy to use. I looked closely at Kent combs, which also look very nice, but in the end went with the Baxter for the longer length and slightly nicer design. I highly recommend this comb and will buy it again if I have to.

Best comb I have every used

I had one and lost it (kids!). I tried another more expensive comb and was disappointed. I ended up buying another one of these, now I'm happy. I considered Kent a bit in the review process, but ended up going for the Baxter at a higher price because the design and dimensions are better for me. I use this comb once a day in my bathroom, so the large size is an advantage. Comfortable to hold and use. Feels nice on the scalp. Nice to look at. Good quality product. My wife likes it so much she uses it too. The price could be a little better, but well worth the extra $ to get the details right.

Good comb

I was pleasantly surprised by the good looks, weight and quality of this comb. It feels quite substantial for what it is. This comb feels very nice when used, more gentle on the scalp compared to the now scratchy feel of it's drugstore predecessor. I didn't know what I was missing and now I will never go back. Great product.
