We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:
Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
Gift Cards, Hair Brushes, Nose Hair Trimmers, and Open Sealed Containers cannot be returned.
Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit
The buyer is responsible for returning the items, and the refund will be issued only after we receive the merchandise. So we encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.

Easy shopping experience
I am new the the whole wet shave game so still getting used to but have enjoyed the closeness of the shaves. I will definately be making future purchases when the items I'm looking for are back in stock. I will probably try other shave creams as well just to try others. I find the Fedrihand pre shave oil very hard to come out of the bottle, unless I am doing something wrong. My only issue was with the shipping but this is beyond control of Fedrihan. It may also have been due to the pandemic. It was received nonetheless and I was very pleased with most of the products.

Whipping up some Bay Rum on a decent brush.
I really like this brush. I have a nicer more expensive brush that I put away after using this one. It foams up a nice lather quickly and is not to stiff or too soft. The shaving cream is great too it's not what I was expecting. It's kind of in between a soap and a cream. The only part of the set I didn't care for is the oil. It smells just ok. It doesn't seem to get very slippery and it's very difficult to get out of the bottle. Might be a bad dropper.
