like the layout but the pens bleed through

I was very excited to buy this journal because I had heard great things but when I tried it, all the pens bled through to the other side! You could see all the pen marks and the other side of the paper. I tried every pen and marker that I had and this still happened. On the positive side, the layout is very nice and effective for bullet journaling. The index and key at the beginning is a great addition. However, I would not purchase again, and I would only consider purchasing again if I used a pencil.

Leuchtturm1917 Medium Hard Cover Notebook, Black, Dots

Beautiful, well-bound, looks very durable. I have a Moleskine too, but prefer this. The dots are better than lines because they're more discreet, they guide our writing in four directions and help align our text, can even serve as graph paper or as guides for drawing, yet they almost disappear on the written page. The table of contents and the numbered pages are a definite plus. The paper is of fine albeit not top quality. Fountain pen ink doesn't feather or bleed through.
