Excellent post-shave antiseptic moisturizer

I've been using this stuff for years. It is well worth the price, and if you use it daily the larger size is economical. Thicc limey oil. In a pinch, I've found that I don't even need to apply antiseptic toner first (although a good toner is always recommended). If you are planning to purchase this size, be warned that it contains wheat and gets stale if left on the shelf too long, so don't be afraid to use it! I had a small 100mL bottle go stale because I didn't wash the bottle out between refills, and once it goes stale you'll never be able to get the stale smell out of the bottle no matter how much you wash it, and it makes fresh product smell stale as a result. So, if you plan to use a small bottle for travel, be sure to wash it regularly!

It works!

I wanted to see after a period of time to see how this emulsion would improve my skin condition. I have an outbreak on my face of shingles. By using this emulsion, coupled with Fendrihan's shaving soap has vastly improved my skin condition. I heartily recommend this emulsion for regeneration and moisturizing of your skin whatever your circumstances are.

Great

I have eczema flare ups on my face sometimes and some other astringents can cause it to really burn, but this one just mostly tingles and feels refreshing. It doesn't irritate my skin either. I use this with Primalan and it keeps my skin very moisturized overnight. One thing to note is the smell is quite powerful, so if you don't enjoy strong (lemon and other notes) smells you should probably avoid this.

Dolerma Antiseptic Emulsion, 500 ml

This lotion doesn't just feel great, it's also wonderful for protecting your skin when you have to be outside, even briefly, in harsh weather, such as those we've been experiencing this winter. This is probably the best moisturizer I've ever used.

Suggest reading reviews on the smaller quantity bottles. I previously used the 100ml bottles. This size has the same 'opening', and I use to re-fill smaller bottles as necessary. Haven't had it that long, and so cannot comment re: freshness over time. Quick thought: I travel a bit. When traveling, you _could_ get 'official' TSA-type travel bottles filled by this one, or just get 1oz 'beverage' bottles, 'dispose' of the contents, peel the label, rinse, and fill. Just say'in. Forget in a hotel room = who cares, and much more portable than the 100ml bottles, which when accompanied with the rest of my kit is a security checkpoint curiosity.
