We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:
- Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.

- Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit

Share your shipping/delivery experience BadFairGood

A leap of faith

So far, so good. Definitely an upgrade on the boar brush I'd been using for several centuries; the badger hairs are softer and gentler, but still firm enough to massage and stimulate the skin in preparation for shaving. Also holds enough water to whip up a decent lather; with the right product, one application is enough for three passes. (NB I haven't tried it with a hard soap yet. For that, I'm still using the boar.) Seems a good value relative to some of the other offerings. I can't make a definitive judgment because I haven't compared it to some of the high-end silvertip brushes, but that's not going to happen any time soon. Just can't see spending $350 for a shaving brush. I'm writing this on the assumption that the brush won't fall apart in less than a year, like the one it's replacing. My first badger brush was Fendrihan's own FEN-81P1H-TOR; it worked well enough, but the bristles came flying out of the handle after less than eight months. To their credit, the staff at Fendrihan immediately issued me a gift card for the value of the brush, and I used it to upgrade to the Vulfix. So big props to Fendrihan for customer service.

Great brush, good loft and holds soap well

Replacement for a 10 year old AoS badger brush that I gifted to my father. Good replacement, first few uses have given great results with minimal shedding.

A nice brush

I don't have a lot to say here, this is a good quality brush and a nice price point. The knot in it seems decent, the brush still sheds every now and then, a hair here and there. The badger hair is nice in it as well, after a good soak in hot water they become very pliable. Makes up a rich lather with quality soap. English products are my favorite and Vulfix continues to live up to the heritage of it. I wish the handle was heavier so the brush would sink in water. It seems to just float around in the sink and not all the bristles get to bathe in the hot water though.
