We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:

- For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.

- Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit

Shed so many hairs that there's a hole in the center now

It is my most expensive brush ever. I love it performance for the size but from the beginning, it lost so many hairs in the sink and on the soap. I thought it would stop after a while but it didn't. I read mixed reviews about that brush but couldn't believe at that price point it would be so bad. Now, it has a hole in the center of the knot. It still has great performance but still loosing hairs every time I use it. I have some other badger shaving brushes that I paid a lot less and they never lost any hairs, any of them. It's my last Simpson's brush ever.

Had a transcription problem on my pervious review, so here it is... Had that brush for many months and never had badger hair lost problem, as with my other 4-5 other Simpsons. A few here and there in the firsts utilisations then maybe one once in a while. This brush is just great for soap and face lathering. Good backbone and dense, it create a great lather in few seconds. This is my first choice for hard soap week-end luxury shaving, although my daily shaving preference lean more toward a smaller face scrubber for soft Italian style soap, like the Berkeley 46. the D2 is a medium brush that just feel like a bigger one, for that little extra without being excessive.

Sheds hair.

It worked great for about 6 months or so. Now there's badger hair all over my sink. I followed the instructions that came with it, and I was always gentle with it. For the price, it's not worth it.

I wrote a long review which did not load on here for some reason. So now cutting to the chase. Would love to rate my Simpson brush highly but this is the second one I have had that dumps hairs like crazy. Too bad because I love its performance.
